The newly renovated Startup Sauna space is the meeting place for aspiring entrepreneurs in Northern Europe. The 1.500 square meter co-working space is an old industry hall free for anybody interested to work at – no membership or previous ties to Startup Sauna are required.
Our physical address is Betonimiehenkuja 3D, 02150, Espoo. Located on the Aalto University campus in Otaniemi, approximately a 10-minute-drive from the Helsinki city center, the Startup Sauna space can easily be accessed with buses number 102, 103, 194, 195 from Kamppi. A cab ride from the city center to the Sauna will cost you approximately 15€.
Facilities
The space hosts three private meeting rooms that can be reserved by anyone. The reservation calendar is only available offline at the venue (next to each meeting room), so you’ll have to come by to do the reservation.

“Technology free area”
The space has desk space for about 100 people and it’s free to use by anyone in a “first come – first served” basis. There are different kinds of desks for both individual and group work.
The event space (“Backstage”) can be reserved by anybody for various types of events e.g. hackathons, board meetings, lectures and keynotes for a set fee. Aaltoes also frequently hosts open startup events at the space, and the physical sauna at the space is often warm during long weekend nights.
