Janne has more than ten years of experience in taking care of financial, legal and administrative matters in complex international ICT business. Janne has built finance and administration functions and processes to rapidly growing company from 15 to over 160 persons in 4 years as well as negotiated hundreds of distribution and co-operation deals globally. He has also participated in more than twenty M&A cases during his career.
He was the co-founder and CFO of Sumea, which became part of Digital Chocolate in 2004. After the merger, Janne worked as VP of Finance in Digital Chocolate until Nov 2010, after which he has worked as COO & CFO in Supercell. Prior to Sumea Janne worked as Legal Counsel in Proha Plc and in a private law firm. Janne has law degree from University of Turku and business degree from Turku School of Economics.
