Jani once exposed to the improvisation immediately was awestruck. Creating something together with no exact plans, recovering from mistakes unseemingly quickly, becoming aware of interaction mechanisms and the messages we are sending unconsciously resonate strongly with any high-paced team and organisation.
Jani is the co-founder of organizational coach company IMPROVment that relies on mutual and self-discovery. After finishing engineering studies and some years in international sales it seemed to resonate with the current working life to stop every now and then and focus on the soft skills such as interaction and presentation skills and teamwork. No startup can afford to lose member of core team due to poor understanding of motivation, lack of proper communication or inefficient teamwork.
